What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order is 1,000 FCFA for pickup orders. Walk-in orders at our facility have no minimum.
Can I schedule recurring pickups?
Yes! Our subscription plans offer weekly or bi-weekly automatic pickups at a discounted rate. Set it once and never think about laundry again.

Delivery fees range from 300-700 FCFA depending on your zone. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free delivery.

Express guarantees 24-hour turnaround at 1.5× the standard price. Perfect for urgent items.

Garment Care & Quality
What detergents do you use?
We use premium, eco-friendly German-grade detergents that are gentle on fabrics and the environment. Hypoallergenic options are available on request.
How do you handle delicate items?
Silk, wool, cashmere, and other delicate fabrics are processed separately with specialised low-temperature techniques and hand finishing.
What if an item gets damaged?
Every garment is insured. If any damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours and we'll either repair, replace, or compensate you in full.
How do you track my garments?
Every item receives a unique barcode at intake. You can track each garment's progress — from sorting through washing, pressing, QC, to delivery — in real time via your dashboard.
