These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Perfect Fold Cleaners. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Agreement — We provide laundry, dry cleaning, and garment care services as described on our website. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on load.

2. Garment Care — We take utmost care of your garments. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective fabric, or incorrect care labels.

3. Claims — Any claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery through your dashboard or by contacting us directly.

4. Payments — All prices are in FCFA. Payment is due upon delivery unless you have a corporate account or prepaid wallet balance.

5. Cancellations — Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
